The disconnection from yourself and the world weighs heavily, leading to stress, burnout, and anxiety. Your body feels foreign, and you experience mood swings and overwhelming emotions like guilt, shame, sadness, or anxiety. Your coping mechanisms serve as a temporary tool belt, but you long for skills that re-regulate your internal systems and bring lasting relief.

Additionally, I weave in concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into my therapeutic approach. By integrating TCM principles, we work from the outside in and the inside out, recognizing the interconnectedness of our physical, mental, and energetic states.
